Summary

• Signaler couverte de données à partir 2006-08.

• Report quality has improved over time. The country's most recent EITI templates are better designed for capturing accurate information, though not all government agencies are using the newest version. Challenges to intra-governmental coordination appear to hamper the compilation process.
• The report provides revenue flow diagrams for the petroleum and mining sectors, detailing selected revenue calculations and noting which agency receives which revenue stream.
• The petroleum sector diagram includes SOE data, and the report provides comprehensive SOE financial and physical data with its reconciliations.
• Since most government receipts are eventually transferred to the treasury, the report would benefit from a reconciliation of these transfers. Currently only SOE data is handled this way.
